Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (APGVB) jointly owned by Govt. of India,Govt.of AP & SBI was formed in he year 2006.Based in Andhra Pradesh, the bank operates in 8 districts with over 520 branches & 2000+ employees.APGVB has announced recruitment of Office Assistants.
Position- Vacancies – Payscale:
Office Assistant (clerical cadre) – 193 posts – Rs.13140 /month
Dates: Registration of online applications – 14.12.2010 to 14.1.2011
Written examination – 13..2011
Eligibility: Candidates looking to apply for APGV Bank recruitment ,
* To be 18 - 26 yrs of age as on 1.1.2011
* Should have secured 50% aggregate in 12th/HSC OR 60% in matric/SSC exam OR Degree from a recog.university OR Diploma in banking, as on 1.1.2011
* Proficiency in Telugu & English languages is necessary
* Those with computer knowledge will be preferred
* Candidates must be resident of Andhra Pradesh
Selection: Written Test consists of Objective questions on Reasoning ability, Numerical ability & Clerical aptitude would be conducted to eligible candidates & those scoring qualifying marks will be called for Interview in the ratio of 1:4. Based on merit ranking, final selection is made.
Application: The fees of Rs.280(Gen/OBC) or Rs.80(SC/ST) has to be paid at Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank or any SBI branch using the challan form.After payment, challan copy has to be preserved while the application must be submitted online by providing the necessary details at www.apgvb.com
