Haryana Gramin Bank (HGB) was formed after merger of four rural banks. The area of operation of this bank is in Haryana itself. The bank is sponsored by the Punjab National Bank. Haryana Gramin Bank has announced recruitment forOfficers & Office Assistants.
Important Dates: Online registration of applications – 08.02.2011 to 10.03.2011
Written test – 29.05.2011 & 22.05.2011
Position: Officers & Office Assistants
Number of Vacancies – 53 & 56 respectively
For office assistant posts – * Age between 18 – 28 years, as on 05.02.2011
* Degree from a recognized university as on 05.02.2011
* Proficiency in Hindi language is required.
* Must be resident of Haryana
* Though not compulsory, computer knowledge is desirable
Eligibility for Officer posts -
* Above 18 & below 28 yr s, as on 5.02.2011
* Candidate from any part of India
* Should possess a degree from a recognized university, as on 5.02.2011
* Must be proficient in Hindi language
Application: Fees of Rs.300 (Gen/OBC) or Rs.50 (SC/ST) for office assistant & Rs.500 (Gen/OBC) or Rs.50 (SC/ST) for Officers have to paid using the challan at any branch of Haryana Gramin Bank or Punjab National Bank before March 10.After payment, the online application has to be submitted with the necessary details.
