IBPS pepar style and related matirials

hhmm.. today i am gonna write about IBPS aka institute of banking personnal selection paper style facts and related books.

ok so i just surfing on internet and i found lots of people searching about ibps ebooks online with free downloads, but i tell you one thing that paper style is not change it remains same like old examination patterns
i also found lots of author who are trying to sell ebooks with the name of ibps.  as far as examination concerns one can be ready with old style preparation i mean english, general knowledge, maths, and reasoning thats it.. and ya little bit luck, little bit confidence, and little bit mind.  :D
